I loved this movie (it could have done without certain underwear scenes) the storyline was beautifully simple but fast paced enough to keep you on edge... and with cinmematography remnicant to that of The Bourne Supremacy, it kept the urgent rushed feel... and the acting... all around impeccable... so many times when you get a big name like Nicole Kidman the producers expect the movie to ride on that one actress'(actor's) amazing talent, and gets unknowns who have less talent and cruch the movie on the big name... but The Invasion... all amazing... props props all the way around!!!

I only wish the movie could have given the audience more of a feel for the chaos the world was facing. The plot was so focused on Carol's story that it gave little insight on the severity and scale of the situation I became a bit disconcerned with her struggles... keeping the audience connected and concerned is a key element in sci-fi/ action/ thriller genres...
over all i would rate this movie: A-
