I didn't read anything that said it was a pretty good movie. I walked away from reading this review thinking, "I haven't even heard of this or seen the previews but I already know I don't wanna see it". That's my priorities anyways. We also need to remember that there are newbie Christians out there, and those who are more worldly than others. That's just where they are with the Lord. There are also all those Sunday-go-to-meetin' types. All these types need stuff like this to help them realize that it's not all wine and roses, and that there is another side to the movie critic circuit - a side that tells it like it is. At this point I know I won't even waste a dollar on this movie, and I'm glad that people like Crosswalk will give us a heads up before we do.

The Hunting Party

CAUTIONS:

Language/Profanity: Lord’s name taken in vain multiple times; excessive profanity.

Drugs/Alcohol: Smoking and drinking.

Sex/Nudity: Discussion of Penthouse; some kissing; a man and woman are pictured in bed, covered; a man drops his pants and “moons” officials; topless women on a boat; man in a tub, but nothing is shown; a woman mentions she was gang-raped; threatening description of sodomy.

Violence: Images of the war victims; gunfire; a pregnant woman is killed; men are menaced by an axe-wielding killer.

Other than that it was a pretty good movie!

WHY are any Christians going to see this movie? Just to make sure that other Christians know what to expect??

Uh, what kind of filth remains behind in the spirit of the reviewer?

Don't Christians know what an "R" rating means or are we also so desensitized to the world that we have to send someone forth to see if it's completely vulgar or just partially vulgar??

Priorities??
