I disagree with the article almost entirely. I don't think the point of the movie was to take two hours to remind us that honesty is the best policy. I think it was to remind us of the deep and tragic consequences of our decisions. And that there is rarely the opportunity to truly atone for what you've done. It as a very hard movie to watch, but i am still thinking about it the day after i watched it. The flashbacks did take a while to get used to, but that just makes me want to watch it again, all except for the library scene. They dressed that up more than they had to. Thanks for commenting on it though.

I don't agree with the review at all!! Four of us saw the movie and we all LOVED it!!! It was beautiful, moving, well-acted and riveting.
