Dear Crosswalk, I am deeply disturbed that Christians feel the need to preview such ungodly movies as "Spiderwick Chronicles. There are many parts of the O.T. which are still relevant today because the N.T. mentions witchcraft as an extremely serious sin! Saul knew better than to go see "The Witch of Endor" because he wanted advice from Samuel who had already died.
Harry Potter is pure EVIL and so is "Spiderwick..."we really want to teach our children that what the Bible forbids is o.k.? If we do by all means preview "Spiderwick Chronicles", Harry Potter books and movies. If we continue to allow our children to be exposed to these things don't be suprised when they are older and they do not make the decision to follow Christ. We may truly be raising a generation of true witches and warlocks that start their own covens!!! I pray that God will have mercy on "Christian Parents"!!!...
