Part 3
Steve Saint should be embarrassed and ashamed to allow his father and the other four men who gave their lives for the cause of Christ to be dishonored by this film that is pure filth. More importantly Steve Saint and all who watch it should be embarrassed and ashamed for the dishonor it brings to Christ Jesus, the Righteous Lord who can not, and will not tolerate sin. There may have been a "spiritual message" but there was no clear presentation of the Gospel that those five martyrs counted so dear, and gave their lives to present to a people who needed the Savior. This film would not be approved by God (if I can use the strongest language possible) and is an abomination to the Holy One.
It seems as though your organization can not be trusted to possess enough wisdom or moral courage to give family safe reviews.

Part 2
More deplorably, the near nudity and totally inappropriate display of the human body that was rampant throughout the whole film was shocking and obscene. The blatant inappropriateness indicates that the producers of this film lack any respect for the human dignity of these people. Particularly disturbing is the unbelievable and incorrigible disrespect of a young girl, who is clearly and visibly developing into a young woman. She is displayed completely exposed for a large section of this film. What excuse can be offered for this behavior? None! There is no excuse whatsoever for such sinful content in any movie.
Anyone who watches this film is volitionally violating Biblical commands to "set no wicked thing before their eyes," to "guard their hearts," to "renew their minds," and to think on things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, praise worthy and virtuous. All of these were lacking completely.

Part 1
I am very disappointed - no that is not a strong enough word. I am angered by your review of the movie "The End of the Spear." You gave it a favorable rating, which shows a dire lack of discernment not befitting one who claims association with Christ. There is no justification, for any person of any age who desire to keep his eyes, mind and heart pure, to watch this movie. The violence is beyond what is acceptable, or even necessary to give an accurate portrayal of the real life event. A story can be vivid and still not display violence of this nature.
