Sorry to break it to everyone.. Happy Feet is a Warner Bros. Picture. You're all wrong. :)

Firstly, to the first commenter, "Happy Feet" is most definitely NOT Disney. I'm pretty sure it was Dreamworks, and Dreamworks has gotten away with a LOT of inappropriate "cute" antics in their CGI movies.

And as it was already stated, this movie had a LOT of sexual overtones. Though kids probably won't catch them, it is really not a good movie for them to be watching. I was really disturbed by the movie, to be honest, and I think I'd rather stick with Pixar films instead.

I disagree with the article. This movie is NOT for kids at all. It is sexual and suggestive in the beginning and goes down hill from there. It beats organized religion severely about the head and is monotonous in its environmental heavy handedness. Yes there are some cute characters and some funny moments. These are overrun with the violence and so so sound track. I bought one for my granddaughters and after having viewed the one I bought for myself took theirs back and wish I could return mine too. To say I was deeply disappointed in the movie would be a huge understatement. Save your money, don't waste it on this movie.

I disagree with the author's dismissal of the "heavy handed environmental message" being something to overlook. My two nieces were so disturbed they had to leave, and they are ages 3 and 6. I think Disney ruined what could have been a great movie by throwing in some environmentalism propoganda, and it was entirely uncalled for. Typical, but uncalled for. Children are so impressionable, and even if a parent tries to counter what a cute movie puts into a child's mind, there is no way to truly undo the impression the movie gives about humans and that is unforgivable.(you know what I mean) I recommend skipping the movie as a protest vote. Or you can start the indoctrination of your children before they hit school and see Al Gore's rediculous lies in the classroom.
