Grief is the Healing Feeling

Every day has its share of joys and sorrows, not to mention the more serious losses that come our way. It is critical that we take the necessary time to grieve our losses—and failure to do so leads to more problems down the road. Scripture tells us that the Lord knows about our sorrows: “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalms 147:3). Do you tend to your griefs? Are you able to ‘grieve well,’ which will sure lead you to healing?
