Offer Friendship to Others

Scripture tells us “A friend loves at all times, and is born, as is a brother, for adversity.” (Proverbs 17:17) In all likelihood there is someone close to you who desperately needs a friend, someone in trouble and feeling emotionally isolated. You could minister Jesus’ love and be of tremendous help. Watch for those who need a friend.
Dr. David Hawkins is the director of the Marriage Recover Center where he counsels couples in distress.
