Where Two or Three Gather

Where Two or Three Gather

Scripture challenges us to gather together, and in fact says “Where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them” (Matthew 18:20). It is not that He is not with us when we are alone and seek Him, but He promises to be near to us when we gather ‘in His name.’ There is some special power granted to us when we seek communion with Him, perhaps much like we experience when we intentionally seek companionship with a dear friend. Something extraordinary happens when we are intentional about gathering together. Are you being intentional about gathering with others in the name of Jesus?
