I'm thankful that this topic is being discussed. As someone who has donated eggs to a relative and later suffered infertility, I think Christians need to begin looking at the consequences of fertility doctors and procedures.
Two children were concieved through the donation of my eggs. Every day I pray for them, realizing that I do have some sort of spiritual authority over them. Some part of me longs for them, even though I have four of my own children.
We concieved our children without the aid of fertility doctors. We struggled for three years and finally God showed us in His word that HE is the opener and the closer of the womb. Doctors have no power! We gave our womb to the Lord, and he blessed it with three sons in two and half years.
Christians need to stop turning to doctors for the answers. Instead turn to the Word.
