I would like to thank Judy who wrote "Where have all the mothers gone?" I am realinzing that often I do feel like the doormat. And my husband and I agree that for my sanity I need to have a part-time or full-time job. Or does God want me right now in this season of life to be a full-time stay-at-home Mom? Though we do have pressing financial needs (single income family), the Lord has provided us so far with what we need which is not necessarily the same as what we want. What are my priorities? I have realized that Motherhood is a ministry. But I also must not neglect my marriage and self-care being a diabetic? So how do I balance that all? I know that I need to put God first in my life and the rest will flow from that. Unfortunately, it is easier said than done. Thank you for both the articles"Motherhood in the Bible: A High Calling" and the article "Where have all the Mothers gone?" Both are excellent articles and just what I needed to read.
God bless you,

Love in Christ,
TaiLi
