Our church has a Harvest Festival each year for Halloween. We have a drama that everyone must see first, then they get to go out and have food, play games, and get candy bags. Everyine who saw the drama is entered into a raffle for various gifts. Everything is free. We use this night to reach out to the community, get trick or treaters to come to the church instead of going out for candy and by faith save many souls.

After looking into the history of halloween it is hard to find a holiday we didn't get from pagan cultures. The Easter egg was a pagan practice way before the Crucifiction and Ressurection of Jesus. So should we not celebrate Easter as a holy day because many of the traditions, Easter Eggs, Easter bunnies, came from pagan beginings too.?
