I believe that this is a great idea to have more "girls only" meetings you definmately feel more comfortable in your surroundings with out the interfiernce of the opposite sex. An I also think that if their youth minister is younger they will also feel a little more open to talking about all that is going on in their lives. They talk about it with their friends but a mentor might be able to give a more experienced opinion. Which might open up their minds on how life really plays out.
