I agree with all of that except #7. Contrary to mislead pastors all over the world's teachings, ithing is not required under the New Covenant, free will offerings are.

For men:
You find yourself telling your wife she must submit to your decision whenever she has a thought that is different than yours.

For women: You find yourself believing that divorce or death is the only way you will ever find human joy or happiness. So, you continue to submit in the midst of your tears.

Other ways to tell you are slipping:

*You need rest more than you need to worship God.

*You think songs that "tell of His excellent greatness" are boring

*You have more time for hobbies than for outreach to lost
souls.

*You have a story teller in your home that works all day to tell stories that Mock or openly defy God's word- it's called a TV. Check out how your favorite show matches up on God's view of the world in marriage, vulgar words,salvation, honesty, murder, or a million other areas.

*You think dwelling on what is good and lovely in God's eyes is boring.

*You see a repair man and the pest control man walk through the church office and do not speak to them once about their realionship to God (Hey wait, that's me!)
