Having this code and abiding by it is admirable, and one would hope it wouldn't be necessary. On the other hand, a "higher standard" probably needs to be defined rather than assumed.

I do, however, question #12: "...since I am not a trained counselor, I do not take money for counseling." Without training, should you be counseling at all? I can see providing a non-judgmental ear, but beyond that, I think your "counseling" should be limited to referrals to those with credentials.
