First, any time the church is following the secular world, we are going backwards. "For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world." 1 John 2:16 (NIV)

Your sons and daughters will prophesy,

I will pour out my Spirit in those days. " Joel 2:28-29 (NIV)

Daughters ... women ... If the Lord includes them, why should any denomination (a word, incidentally, that does not occur in the Bible) exclude them?
