In a nutshell: Thanks to the success of her 2005 Duets, Sandi Patty is releasing a sequel. Not simply for Patty die-hards, Duets 2 is less formal and more soulful, featuring thirteen one-of-a-kind partnerships with an appealing list of Gospel music legends. "He Watches Over You" and "Behold a King" highlight BeBe Winans' smoky tenor—a perfect match for Patty's passionate soprano. "If I Were You" pairs the Gospel prowess of Daryl Coley with a message of racial reconciliation. And long time collaborator and friend Larnelle Harris contributes a compelling duet on "Emmanuel Medley." Duets 2 perfectly explains why Sandi is one of Christian music's all-time favorite vocalists and thoroughly exhibits her unique ability to not only command, but also complement.
