On the haunting "Rebuild," he confesses, "I've taken what you've made/and thrown its value away." And though transparent lyrics are a pleasant surprise, sonically it's the feisty fare that fans expect. Flexing his smooth, high tenor, Moss mixes traditional foot-stompers with straight-up hip-hop sounds, like on the catchy "No More." His unique falsetto, along with jazz and funk influences and stellar choir backing, combine to make heads nod and pews shake.
