Winning Is Losing

Winning over others is a sure way to lose a relationship. While winning is a natural part of our culture, it has no place in relationships. Even winning an argument causes resentment and fear on the part of the ‘loser.’ They will naturally push away from you, and while you may have ‘won’ the argument, proved your point and spoken with authority, you have lost the relationship. Is it really worth it? I don’t think so.
