Marvel made quite the entrance at comic-con this week by releasing several new videos for their upcoming projects. While most were nothing more than teasers, Netflix has revealed it has big plans for these caped crusaders. Both Entertainment Weekly and Relevant have reported on the event, what they have to say sounds promising. First to take the spotlight was Luke Cage, an African-American hero with unbreakable skin who will be premiering on Netflix this September.
Cage was followed by a preview of Iron Fist, a martial arts drama that will likely be released sometime in 2017.

Finally, after concluding announcements with promises to renew fan-favorite shows Daredevil and Jessica Jones, Marvel revealed their plan to bring all four heroes together, creating an all-new super team named The Defenders.
Looks like it’s going to be a long wait to 2017.
