Disney has been on a roll this season. Thanks to crowd-pleasing films like Zootopia, and the highly anticipated Moana, the animation studio is enjoying a healthy amount of spotlight. Yet the surprises have kept on coming, and thanks to Entertainment Weekly, audiences have recently been treated to the first images of Disney’s live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast. Set to release in the spring of 2017, this new version will star Emma Watson as Belle and Dan Stevens (of Downton Abbey fame) as the Beast. Other notable figures include Luke Evans as Gaston, Josh Gad as LeFou, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, and Ewan McGregor as Lumiére.
