Being recently devorced I found this article to be right on the money. I know it takes two to have a failed marriage and all I can do is seek out the areas where I fall short and come closer to God in working on my shortcomings. In doing this I have the goal to become the best me in Christ I can so when I am presented a mate she gets the me God wants her to have.
I am also making a list of RED FLAGS. These are things that will stop me from looking at a particular individual as a possible "running mate": things I know I won't put-up with in a spouse.
I have learned a great deal in the past 8 months and this article is reafirming that I am on the right track.
