Thank you very much for printing that article. I've helped raised a few kids although I'm not a biological mother. My nephew Jason was the first of those children. I still "have a mother's heart." It's very encouraging to read true stories like yours. As I read some of the article it reminded me a little of things I'd gone through to a MUCH milder degree. It made me think to pray for many children more than anything. Some children are abused much more horribly in foster homes than they would have been if they had stayed with their families. It's very encouragint to know that there are godly people making a difference that are/were foster parents. God bless you for all that you've done...

I just read this article and it really touched my heart. My husband, four children, and myself are just getting ready to have our home open to foster children. We just can't wait to begin down this road that the Lord has led us to. This article just reaffirmed everything God has already spoken to our hearts.
