This is so true. There are many times when I don't feel like worshiping God due to me being angry with someone who has hurt me. I did not realize that this sometimes God is testing my spirit. I need to ask for help in my sadness and worship no matter what my circumstance is. This is hard to do at times but it is rewarding knowing that you did not take it out on God and did not allow satan to win.

There is do and not-do. There is no try.

Reading about it, talking about it, is not worship.

Worship is worship.

Interestingly, once you let go of the notion that you don't know how, remember you're talking to Daddy, Abba, our Father, it gets easier. You get better at it.

And the next thing you know, you don't want to stop!

As for all the reason you might skip church, consider that they're suggestions from the enemy. If you just show up, with you're "I don't want to," "I don't feel like it," "I don't feel well" -- you just handed the enemy another lost battle!
