9th CIRCUIT COURT: PARENTS ARE OUTLAWED ON KIDS AND SEX
(November 4, 2005)
A disgusting piece of legislation by judicial fiat. THE LAW OF THE LAND now states that parents "have no fundamental rights" when it comes to what the public educators can teach, demonstrate, discuss, and initiate with our children on the issue of SEX! And not one voter ever had the chance to cast his vote on whether they support the measure or not! AND THE PRESS IS TYPICALLY SILENT ON THE MATTER!

Perhaps we would benefit more by questioning our culture's view of adolescence, our cult of Youth.

The iPods, cell phones, instant messenger, email and online social networks like MySpace.com that allow students to stay "plugged in" with their families and friends are also changing the way they learn, according to the group, Cable in the Classroom.
