Receiving Singleness as a Gift from God - Part One

This is an awesome article. I really like reading things on the gift of singleness because I myself am a single living in a couples world. One of things that really gets me down about being single is that everyone seems to look down on the singles. It just seems that singles are looked upon as being defective in some way...even in the church. Now the church really doesn't come out and explicitly say that singles don't mean anything...that wouldn't be churchlike. But they seem to do it implicitly by not offering any of the singles a Bible study or focusing all their messages on marriage and family issues. It just seems that sometimes singles are left out of the church loop.
