In dating it is good to make sure that the standard is based on how one's relationship is with the Lord. For the most part many believers have very weak and complacent lives where their relationship with their Heavenly Father is concerned. They want to spend hours with a human being who is as broken and unreliable as they are and expect everything to go well instead of spending time with the One Who loved them and died for them who can also give them a husband or wife that will truly respect and honour them. If we see that we are fallen then we will truly stay with Lord and let Him support us.
