This is awesome. Truefaced is one of the most encouraging books I have ever read. I think it should be in the book store right next to "Velvet Elvis" by Rob Bell and "Blue Like Jazz" by Donald Miller. Look for it online, because you can't find it in any bookstore. But it is more than worth it.

It occurred to me some time ago that it was interesting that "Santa" and "Satan" are very similar words. Each includes the same letters only slightly rearranged. God wants us to be real and be open to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ whereas the other two want us to be perfect to receive our blessing. Since it is impossible to be perfect, it is better to accept the work of our gracious savior. We generally celebrate Jesus birth at Christmas time but we should remember his death and resurrection always. Jesus was born into this world so that he could die for our sins and reunite us to our heavenly father. Merry Christmas all. :-)
