I thought this article was "excellent" , it helped me on so many levels .Especially reminding us that god doesn't judge the "quality" of our prayers, he appreciates the fact that we want to connect with him . Also that the dark times in your life "authenticates" your faith in god (through these particular times). At this particular times I'm having some challenges about my health . I'm depending , and relying on god's grace to keep my body whole and healed . That's why this particular artcle was so encouraging to me . I receive them on a daily basis; they keep me uplifted everyday . thanks for giving me the opportunity to speak on this . What would we do without God's grace ?

The first, and perhaps only, thing to take from this article is to pray!

No matter what -- pray.

God will handle the rest of it for you -- even stuff you can't put into words: "In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express." -- Romans 8:26 (NIV)
