Do you have any Biblical insight on whether or not the following behavior at work is justified? Behavior: not joining in non-work related conversations with people who have talked to you in a condescending tone persistently despite reprimands, and who have 'stolen' (for lack of a better word) a concept that would benefit others in the company? I'm praying!
