Dr. MacArthur is a pastor, a popular author and conference speaker, and has served as pastor-teacher of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California since 1969. He serves as the president of The Master's College and The Master's Seminary, and he has written hundreds of books including The Gospel According to Jesus, Ashamed of the Gospel, Twelve Ordinary Men, and The MacArthur Study Bible.
