Christian Leaders Respond to James Comey Testimony

Former FBI Director James Comey gave testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday for nearly three hours. Comey was grilled on private conversations he had with President Trump, details of the investigation into Russia's meddling with U.S. politics, and his handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server for classified information.
The controversy involving the President and the FBI director was compounded after Trump fired Comey last month.
Christian author and professor O. Alan Noble tweeted that he is concerned for his own political party because of this controversy:

Christian Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), who was one of those questioning Comey, tweeted:
In any investigation, best way to focus on & find out more about what DID happen, is to identify & not waste time on what DIDN'T happen

After President Trump fired Comey last month, Christian leaders mostly supported the President's decision.
