ISIS is suspected of being behind the bombing attack at the Istanbul Ataturk Airport Tuesday night, but no one has immediately claimed responsibility.

At least 41 people were killed in the bombing and hundreds more were inured, according to Fox News.

Among those killed included two Iraqis, one Tunisian, one Chinese, an Iranian, a Ukrainian, a Jordanian and one person form Uzbekistan, CNN reported.

"The findings of our security forces point at the Daesh organization as the perpetrators of this terror attack," Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim told reporters at the airport, using the Arabic name for ISIS. "Even though the indications suggest Daesh, our investigations are continuing."

The attack began when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside the Ataturk terminal late Tuesday. Two other terrorists then opened fired near the X-ray machines.

"He's shooting up, two times, and he's beginning to shoot people like that, like he was walking like a prophet," Otfah Mohamed Abdullah, a witness, told AFPTV.

One of the attackers was killed by a gunshot and then another also blew himself up near the international departures terminal.

"If this Islamic State is indeed behind this attack, this would be a declaration of war," Analyst Soner Cagaptay, director of the Turkish Research Program at The Washington Institute, told AFP. "Turkey's vengeance will come down like rain from hell on the Islamic State."

Of the 239 injured, more than 100 had been discharged from the hospital early Wednesday, the Istanbul Governor’s Office said.

"This attack, targeting innocent people, is a vile, planned terrorist act," Yildirim said.
