Ever Be - Live Bethel Performance

In this music video, Kalley Heiligenthal sings "Ever Be" from the album, "We Will Not Be Shaken." Set on a beautiful mountainside, she leads worship with a song that is deeply personal to her. Aside from her powerhouse voice, Kalley stands out because of her clear connection to the song. Worship is not solely performance - it is leading others in singing to our Creator and King. It is sitting in awe of the mighty things the Lord has done and continues to do. This song is about fierce and unshakable faith, something she hoped would touch the hearts of those who sing it. We all struggle to trust in our Heavenly Father, but there is an infinite amount of reasons why He is worthy of all our praise. In a 2015 interview by New Release Today, Kalley shared her writing process:
"I joke that I have an "Ever Be" journal which is a full notebook of me processing out why I have this call to constant worship and why is He worthy. We all know why, but I was allowing it to get fiercely personal, and the words and the story and my history with God gripped my heart and caused me to try to describe our infinite God with my finite words."
