Not Trendy … Just True
by Berni Dymet

Acts 4:11,12 This Jesus is ‘the stone that was rejected by you, the builders; it has become the cornerstone.' There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among mortals by which we must be saved.

These days, it's not politically correct to say Jesus is the only way to eternal life. Jesus is the only way to the Father.

It's just not trendy.

In a world where choice is everything - we have so many different options in everything - why not in faith

I mean how can these Christians keep on with this outdated dogma that the only way to God and happiness and whatever is through this Jesus who, by the way, is represented by a church that frankly, leaves a lot to be desired.

Fashions - they come and go.  Trends - they come and go. Ways of thinking, ideas about faith and religion and all that stuff - they come and they go.

But amidst all this God is God.  He loves me.  He loves you.  He sent His Son - Jesus to die for us, so that we could have a relationship with Him.

Listen to me - Jesus is the only way.  I know it's not trendy.  It's just ... true.
