The Rewards Of Wisdom

April 10, 2013

“My son, do not forget my law, but let your heart keep my commands; for length of days and long life. And peace they will add to you.”
Proverbs 3:1-2

Are you spending time alone with God…having a daily quiet time?  In order to be strong in your faith you need to be in the word of God and learning the facts of God’s word.

When you lean on the facts of God’s word and let your feelings come and go, as they will it will strengthen your days and bring peace to your soul.  God will use your life for His purposes as you walk in His wisdom and it will make you a wise person.  When you open yourself up to the word of God and obey His promptings, He makes you peaceful inside. This affects your mind, your speech, and your life. It affects every part of your being and you become a peaceful person.

Listen to Him by His spirit and obey His wisdom. This will settles your soul and it will bring peace and longevity to your life. You will find favor with God. To walk in wisdom is to lean on Him and He will guide you all the days of your life.
