Brothers And Sisters In Christ

August 27, 2013

“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” - John 3:3

Every true Christian who has been born again is a child of God. When this happens to you my friend you are taken out of Satan’s family and placed into God’s family. There are others who have already made this decision and they now have become your brothers and sisters in Christ. Since God is our Father, we are all brothers and sisters in Christ.

You see, among Christians we have a responsibility to take care of one another. The Bible teaches us that we are not only to love one another but also to prefer one another. We are instructed to always be alert to meet the needs of others over our own needs.

The church is the body of Christ and Jesus is its head. The Bible calls Jesus the groom and we are His bride and we belong to Him. We are loved unconditionally and we are significant because we are in Christ and we have been made complete in Him. We are now fully accepted by God and He has given each of us a new purpose in life. Do you see my friend? Everything this world craves is accomplished for us the moment we receive Jesus Christ. I’m so glad I’m a part of the family of God and I know you are too, my brother and sister.
