Align Yourself

"Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”Psalm 119:105

THINK

Walking in the dark is one of the fastest ways to “lose your brave.”  Your imagination can go wild as you hear mysterious noises around you.  You feel your way along, clumsily grasping for anything to hold on to as you walk in what you hope is the right direction.   Meanwhile, you’re eyes are wide open, searching desperately for any light that could guide you.

There are so many who are living this scenario and don’t even realize it.  Their eyes are wide open, but they can’t see which direction to go. But the reality is that we don’t have tolive this way!  We have a light that can always show us the direction, no matter how dark life gets.  As the verse states above, God’s word – The Bible – is that light.  And ALIGNING ourselves with its truth is the next step in putting on our brave.  By aligning with what God has to say, you will discover clarity and stability as His light illuminates your path.  Let His Word light your way and discover how much easier putting on your brave can be!

PRAY

Ask God to open your eyes to the light of His Word.  Ask Him to let you see His Word in a whole new way so that He can guide you through life.

ACT

Begin by setting aside 15 minutes a day to read the Bible. The book of John is a great place to start.  You could also apply to become a student in the Fall at University of Next Level.
