Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. James 1:22

This week, we’ve learned all about what it means to ACT – act now, commit fully, together forward. God is a God of action. He wants us to be people of action. It’s great to learn. It’s great to study. It’s great to seek out those answers. But once we discover the information, we’ve got to be willing to push away and put it into action.

Are you acting on what God is teaching you? Are you putting into motion those things that He has taught you? The greatest way to experience the life of purpose, influence, and direction that God has for you is to put His Word into a-c-t-i-o-n!

Thank God for the things He teaches you each day. Pray for the courage and discipline to continually put those things into action.

Be a person of action. Reach out to someone you know right now, and invite them to join you for church this weekend. Help others experience the power of transformation that comes through the Word of God!
