Abundance in the Workplace – Part I
By: Rick Boxx
August 22, 2012

The Apostle Peter’s success in receiving the abundant catch of fish in Luke 5 started with OBEDIENCE.   In Luke 5:5 Peter indicated his willingness to obey Jesus when he said, “But because you say so, I will let down the nets”

Before Peter could experience the big catch, he had to obey what Jesus told him to do.  Often times our inability to receive abundantly is related to our lack of obedience towards what God asks us to do.

Before we can experience all God has to offer us, we have to show our authentic love for Christ through our obedience to him. True obedience will be done out of our love for Christ. Have you obeyed God in all that He has asked of you in your workplace lately?

Ken Eldred’s Integrated Life

Integration is the key to changing that mindset and thus “redeeming” the vast majority of our time, the hours devoted to work. When our work is a holy calling and a ministry, it’s loaded with spiritual significance. All that time we spend at work has spiritual value. So while balance alone might redeem some hours, integration can redeem far more! Purchase here.
