Slamming the Boss

According to The Kansas City Star, Dawnmarie Souza, an emergency medical technician, was fired from her job after she posted denigrating comments about her supervisor on her Facebook page, and circulated them to other employees.
The National Labor Relations Board alleges that the firing was illegal due to free speech issues. The business that fired Ms. Souza defends itself claiming she would have been fired regardless for "rude and discourteous service."
Although we don't know the outcome, the Apostle Paul expressed his view in Ephesians 6:5. He teaches, "Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ."
Depending upon the legal ruling, it may turn out to be legal to slam your boss publicly, but that doesn't make it right.
