A Faulty Foreclosure
By:  Rick Boxx
December 22, 2011

According to the Wall Street Journal, Patsy Campbell has staved off foreclosure on her home for 25 years. It's believed this could be the longest legal battle between a lender and a homeowner.

Although Ms. Campbell's loan has been sold numerous times, and many of the lenders have made some mistakes along the way, Ms. Campbell continues to live in a home for 25 years at the lenders expense. She has used countless maneuvers to remain in a home free of charge.

Habakkuk 1:4 teaches, "Therefore the law is paralyzed, and justice never prevails. The wicked hem in the righteous, so that justice is perverted."

Somewhere in this legal process there needs to be a judge who cuts through the games and allows justice to prevail.
