Be the ONE
When asked in a Public Relations Society of America magazine article what she has learned from coaching leaders over the years, Ellen Ryan Mardiks of Golin commented, “I’m going to help these leaders be better than I am, and I’m going to celebrate that they’ve done it better than I did.”
Luke 15:4 says, "Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn't he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?”
When you recognize you were once the ONE who was found, you feel compelled to help him or her succeed beyond yourachievements. You help because someone rescued you and gave you a chance to improve. Are you helping anyone become better than you?
