Critical Communication

Several partners started their business desiring to honor God. After adding hundreds of employees, this organization discussed with me ways to assure they remained focused on pleasing God in the future.

Their professional staff understands the vision for the organization, but the majority receives no structured communication about the desires of the ownership team. If their staff has little knowledge of their desire to please God, it’s likely their customers are in the dark as well.

Colossians 3:17 has a solution, “And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

If you want God to receive the glory from your work, you need to communicate it clearly and consistently to your staff.
