Shared Rewards – Part II

The 1% truly are getting much wealthier and the middle class is shrinking dramatically. Tim Weinhold of Eventide Funds highlights important insight in his essay called, “Wisdom of Shared Rewards.”
His article reveals that Corporate America’s shift towards rewarding only shareholders, and not sharing the gains with workers, is dramatically impacting the middle class financially, emotionally and physically. The gap between wealthy shareholders and the working class is so significant a quiet revolution may be headed our way.
1 Corinthians 9:10 says, “It was written, the plowman ought to plow in hope, and the thresher to thresh in hope of sharing the crops.”
We can either allow the coming revolution to push us towards socialism or the business community can better share the rewards of increased productivity, as God intended.
