today's reading.
Galatians 3:5-22  Does he who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you do so by works of the law, or by hearing with faith...
Galatians 3:5-22

Galatians 3:5-22think about it.
How does someone receive the same blessing as Abraham (3:5-9)? Why does relying on the works of the law bring a curse (3:10-14)? How does Christ remove this curse? What did God give to Abraham? How does the law given later change or impact that? In 3:19, Paul asks why the law was given; what answer does he give? How does righteousness really come to us?

the blog.
Well we're reading all about faith today and, once again, whose name should show up but…Abraham? He really does give us a stellar example of faith--having faith in God and living by it. I love the last few words of verse 9 where Abraham is referred to as "the man of faith."

Based on what we see here in Galatians 3:5-22, how would you explain to someone being "blessed by faith" or "hearing with faith" versus works of the law? If someone was thinking of you today, would they say you were a man/woman of faith? Tami W.
