Rein It In

Proverbs 29:20; 18:8; 6:16  Do you see a man who is hasty in his words? There is more hope for a fool than for him...

Have you ever noticed how easily your words can get you into trouble? Yeah...we've all been there. 

One of the quickest ways for me and you to get off track spiritually is to not take control of our tongues. When we're not careful to regulate what comes out of our mouths--when we speak quickly, freely and often--it can lead us right down the path to losing that day spiritually. And even worse, if it's our habit or we're unable to control our tongue, it can seriously hinder our long term spiritual growth, and negatively impact the spiritual growth of others around us. 

Proverbs 10:20 says "The tongue of the righteous is choice silver." So if Proverbs 10:20 is our goal, how do we get there? Tami
