I’m with Admiral Fallon

I am as frustrated by Iraq as everyone else, but unlike some others, I don’t want to pullout until some stability has been achieved.
Something that might help achieve that objective is for more of our so-called “allies” to do more to help us. We always seem to help them.
The new commander of U.S. military forces in the middle east has a good idea. Admiral William Fallon says he will set a high priority on enlisting the help of friendly Arab and Asian countries in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and against the al Qaeda terror network.
The fanatics are getting help from other fanatics. Why shouldn’t the good guys get help from other nations with an interest in fighting and defeating the terrorists?
The United States always seems to be on the giving end, but when we need help, other nations are sometimes hard to find to give help. If they won’t help us in our time of need, perhaps we should reconsider some of the aid we have been giving them. I’m with Admiral Fallon in this one.
