In a nutshell: Proving DJs are more than record players, Papa San earned his international star over twenty years ago by infusing rapid-fire rap and reggae rhythms with hit samples and infectious influences derived from his Jamaican upbringing. But since his Christian conversion twelve years ago, the lightning-speed lyricist has been explicitly proclaiming the gospel message through reggae, a typically pagan-preaching venue. So with a few crossover Billboard hits under his belt, the backing of an A-list of guest artists and a truly authentic take on Caribbean music and culture, Higher Heights' hot tracks provide a perfect solution to the gaping reggae-hole in Christian music.
