See With the Eyes of Your Heart

The Apostle Paul encouraged us “that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened” (Ephesians 1:18). This is a peculiar thought—the eyes of our heart. Is it possible that we have a way of knowing beyond what we can see, hear, smell, taste and touch? Is it possible that this way of knowing—with the eyes of our heart—can also help us in our relationships? I wonder if we can know our mate, our children or parents in a more profound way, through using the “eyes of our heart.”
